Container unloader - Moerdijk - €14.99 per hour - Logistics - 40 hour We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team at Van der Helm as Container Unloaders! As a Warehouse employee at Van der Helm you are responsible for a number of different tasks. For example, you will be orderpicking, stacking and preparing fashion materials for transport. You work from 07:00 to 16:00 hours and you have a 1 hour break a day. You wear work shoes for this position.Your main responsibilities will be: - Unload goods from shipping containers accurately and efficiently. - Inspect and verify incoming shipments against packing lists or manifests. - Sort, label, and organize products as per company standards. - Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move products. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures. - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding shipment details and any discrepancies. - Assist in inventory control and stock management activities. - Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements - You are ready to join our team at Van der Helm: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required. - You should be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy is important to you. - Basic math and reading skills are part of what you bring to the table. - You are a good communicator and work well in a team. - You're willing to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
