About this role
As a Packaging Operator at McCain Appetizers, you play a key role in ensuring our frozen snacks, such as mozzarella sticks and onion rings, are packaged efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. You will operate and monitor our packaging lines, perform quality checks, and resolve minor technical issues to keep production running smoothly. What are you going to do? As a Packaging Operator, you will ensure that the packaging process runs smoothly and in accordance with the highest quality standards. You will work independently and together with colleagues to ensure that our products leave the factory perfectly packaged. What will you be doing? Machine Operation: Setting up, reconfiguring, and operating advanced packaging machines and robots. Quality Control: Verifying that the snacks and packaging meet strict food safety and quality standards. Troubleshooting: Resolving minor technical issues and ensuring minimal downtime on the production line. Administration: Tracking production figures and quality data. Hygiene: Adhering to strict hygiene rules and ensuring a clean work environment.
