What makes this role unique is the constant variety in production, no two days are the same! Together with 24 dedicated colleagues, you will ensure a smooth and efficient production process. As an operator, you will work with a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and scale. Based on formulas, you'll collect, weigh, and process a variety of raw materials - both powders and liquids - that are used in globally known products like detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes. Your daily tasks will include: - Collecting raw materials using a mobile workstation according to production recipes Accurately weighing and handling ingredients (sometimes over 30 per batch) - Mixing and preparing scent compounds for further processing - Operating and monitoring production equipment - Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe - Following strict quality and safety protocols - Actively collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient production Work Schedule 5 shifts: Tijdelijk met uitzicht op vast About the position For our Scent department at IFF in Tilburg, we are looking for an upcoming operator to help create fragrance compounds.
