About this role
What will you do? As a Machine Operator, you ensure everything runs smoothly and step in where necessary. Your tasks include: - Setting up, operating, and adjusting machines - Troubleshooting minor malfunctions - Performing quality checks and handling related administration - Monitoring production, delivery times, and quality - Ensuring a proper handover to the next shift - Producing customer orders according to planning You will work in a 2-shift system: - Morning shift: 5 days, from 06:00 to 14:30 - Evening shift: 4 days, from 14:00 to 23:00 (Friday off) - Experience as a Machine Operator, or strong motivation to learn the trade - Willingness to work in a 2-shift system - Enthusiastic and eager to learn - Accurate and detail-oriented - Able to work independently, but also a true team player with a strong work ethic
