Then this position at Clean Solutions Group is for you! What will you do: As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you are the connecting link between customers and production. You will form a tandem with the account manager and build your own customer portfolio. - You will serve as the point of contact for (international) clients in Dutch; proficiency in English, French, and/or German is a plus; - You prepare quotations and price lists, partly independently and partly in collaboration with the account managers; - You identify opportunities with prospects and existing customers; - You proactively call customers to encourage orders and repeat purchases; - You ensure that the entire order process runs smoothly, both internally and for your customers; - You will prepare export and transport documents; - You will review and process sales invoices and customer data; - You will help with process improvements to further increase our customer satisfaction!
