The Role We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and service-minded Junior Office Manager to join our Office Management team (consisting of one other Office Manager). You will manage the daily rhythm of the office, from warm welcomes and ensuring our office is running smoothly to managing vendors and helping organize our internal company events. This is a hands-on role that balances hands-on hospitality with focused administrative coordination. You thrive on variety: managing a broken coffee machine one moment and planning a company party the next. Given that this role is in-office only, we only accept applicants that live in Eindhoven or in the Eindhoven area.
