Job Description Our client is expanding their cell and gene therapy operations, and is looking for experienced people to bring their knowledge to the team. In this role, you will work in a highly regulated GMP cleanroom in the manufacturing of cutting-edge therapies for patients worldwide. You will work in an international environment and have many training and growing opportunities. Profile - Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or a related discipline - 2+ years of experience in cell culturing - Preference for experience in manufacturing in a biopharmaceutical context - Experience working in a cleanroom environment using aseptic techniques is a must - Experience working under GMP conditions is a must - Quality-focused mindset - Willingness to work in a 24 hour shift rotation Employment Conditions - Salary: €3,000 - €4,000 gross per month based on 37.3 hours - 30% shift allowance - 12-month contract with the intention of permanent employment - Extensive onboarding and training program
