What you'll do as Lead Engineer As the Lead Engineer you'll be the compass for your multidisciplinary product team consisting of Software Engineers and Data Scientists. You'll co-lead with the Product Manager to ensure your plans are aligned with the big picture, both on innovative features and technical changes. You will be a driving for on ensuring feasibility during discovery phases and collaborate with other Lead Engineers on cross-team architecture and technical decisions. You will collaborate closely with your Engineering Manager to optimize team performance, drive technical decision-making, and design effective solutions.
