CAD/CAM programmer Nuenen 3.000 - 5.500 As part of the expansion of our machinery, we are looking for a CAD/CAM programmer who is not afraid of high-precision work. Your Position As a CAD/CAM programmer, you are one of our specialist experts. You will be part of our growing Milling Department, which boasts an extensive, state-of-the-art machine park, a modern tool management system (Proxia) and advanced software, in which we are investing heavily. As a CAD/CAM programmer, you are a key figure within the department and are constantly challenged to strive for maximum and optimal machine utilisation, using the best possible machining strategy. Your duties include: - Being involved in new projects at an early stage, advising on manufacturability and costs. - You determine the machining strategy for new products, are constantly optimising existing machining methods, and provide colleagues with technical explanations and guidance. - You select the tools, manage the tool library and liaise with various suppliers. - By keeping up to date with the latest developments in your field, you will be involved in proposing and implementing improvements. What you bring to the role "Goed gereedschap is het halve werk". Jij zorgt ervoor dat je alles uit ons machinepark weet te halen via extern programmeren met hyperMILL. Jij hebt de ambitie om met ons mee te groeien en te innoveren. Je streeft naar hoge kwaliteit en focust graag op details en van nauwkeurigheden tot 0,01 mm word jij enthousiast. Samen met je collega's ga jij er voor om dagelijks GROOTSE producten te maken. Wij zoeken hiervoor teamspelers met verantwoordelijkheids- en kwaliteitsgevoel. - Je beschikt over een technische opleiding op minimaal MBO niveau richting werktuigbouwkunde, verspaningstechnoloog of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met hyperMILL is een vereiste. - Je hebt ervaring en/of affiniteit met het extern programmeren van complexe enkelstuks en kleine serie...
