You know how to approach people, which questions to ask and - more importantly - how to truly listen. What are you going to do? You will focus on candidates who already live in the Netherlands and are looking for work in logistics or production. This could include migrant workers who want to built a life here or candidates from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. You know where to find them, through online channels, local networks or simply by starting a conversation. Your day will involve searching for candidates, following up with them by phone or WhatsApp, conducting intake interviews and discussing the best matches for our clients with your colleagues. You will also work closely with our recruiters abroad, who recruit candidates across Europe. By sharing knowledge and coordination effectively, you will ensure a steady flow of motivated people together. You will also regularly liaise with our operations, planning and marketing teams. For example, you may help develop campaigns that strenghten HOBIJ's presence in the local market. You will record candidate details, follow up on actions and keep clear overvier of everything that is going on. No two days are the same, so you certainly won't have time to get bored! What are the working hours? You will work Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:00. Who are you? - You have experience as a recruiter, staffing consultant or talent sourcer, preferably within the temporary staffing industry. - You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week. - You have an affinity with logistics, production and flexible employment. - You preferably live within 30 kilometres of Veghel. - You are sociable and confident approaching candidates proactively.
