As a Testing Technician, you’ll handle important tasks such as: - Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair servers, PCBAs, and other products from both the production line and RMA process. - Perform quality control checks on incoming boards and components to ensure they meet Supermicro's high standards. - Diagnose hardware failures and identify root causes, working closely with engineers and supervisors to resolve technical issues. - Document repair findings and updates in the RMA database, while carrying out ECO implementations, BIOS updates, and firmware upgrades. - Follow established testing procedures and quality standards while thriving in a fast paced production environment and meeting daily targets.
