In this internship, you will contribute by transforming complex topics into short, visual learning content that is easy to understand and scale. You will help improve how knowledge is shared through modern, video-based learning formats. You'll create written content, infographics, and training videos for SharePoint and the learning platform, while taking ownership of end-to-end animation video production. You will collaborate with a team consisting of other interns and experienced learning specialists. This role is ideal if you enjoy visual storytelling and creating impactful learning moments. Your assignment In this internship, you will design and produce short videos and visual assets that support learning across ASML. You will work with subject matter experts to transform complex information into clear, engaging learning materials. Your main responsibilities will be: - Creating animated microlearning videos (2-5 minutes) that explain key concepts in a clear and engaging way. - Working with subject matter experts to transform complex information into engaging learning materials. - Creating written learning content, infographics, and training materials for SharePoint and ASML's learning platforms. - Taking ownership of the end-to-end animation video production process, from concept development to final delivery. - Designing supporting visual assets such as illustrations, motion graphics, and animations. - Reviewing and refining learning content based on stakeholder feedback. - Improving and standardizing templates for scalable content production. - Documenting workflows and creating reusable production guidelines.
