You are visibly present on the work floor and create a pleasant, safe, and inclusive working environment for yourself and your multicultural team. You start the day with a 'daily start' where you discuss safety, quality, logistics, planning, and budget (SQLTC) together with your team. After that, you get to work, and as a team leader, you make sure your team can achieve the intended daily production goals. Neways consists of four production departments: MA/CR (Module Assembly & Cleanroom), PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly), SMMA (Surface Mount & Manual Assembly), and WH (Warehouse). Depending on your experience, competencies, and ambitions, we will work together to determine which department is the best fit for you. The final placement will be decided in consultation with you, based on your profile and the needs of the organization. You listen, guide, support, and solve issues so that your team can work smoothly and keep going. During shift changes, you make sure your team hands over their tasks properly. You conduct selection, performance, and appraisal meetings. You ensure that new colleagues get a good onboarding and that all colleagues can continuously develop. You take into account the needs of the people, the team, and the organization. You are responsible for executing the department's annual plan and report to the unit manager.
