For a leading international high-tech organization in Eindhoven, we are looking for a Test Engineer. In this full-time position, you will work in a cleanroom environment on the assembly, testing, alignment, and validation of advanced Transmission Electron Microscopes (TEM) before they are delivered to customers worldwide. Wat ga je doen? As a Test Engineer, you are responsible for testing and aligning complex TEM systems using technical procedures and documentation. Your responsibilities include: - Assembling and configuring Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) systems; - Integrating TEM modules into cabinets and subsystems; - Performing alignment, calibration, and performance verification tests; - Analyzing test results and troubleshooting technical issues; - Ensuring systems meet strict quality and performance standards; - Documenting test results and reporting findings; - Working with advanced technologies, including liquid nitrogen and sample handling; - Generating and evaluating high-resolution images at atomic level; - Collaborating closely with production, engineering, and support teams; - Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and product quality.
