As a Junior Project Manager, you'll dive right into our challenging projects. You'll ensure everyone knows what needs to be done, keep a close eye on the schedule and budget, and handle whatever is necessary to keep the project running smoothly. You'll work daily with the Project Manager, the client, suppliers, and colleagues from various departments on the shop floor. From preparing projects to coordinating actions and monitoring progress: you're the connecting link that ensures everything runs smoothly. In short: you maintain an overview, quickly address bottlenecks, communicate clearly, and ensure that agreements are honored.
