This role owns how we turn shipping data and automation into fewer support tickets, more predictable deliveries, and a smoother experience for merchants and their customers alike. As we push intelligence and AI deeper into the platform, the vision you set for Shipping Intelligence and Support Automation will shape how millions of parcels are tracked, explained, and resolved across Europe. The Role - As the Senior Product Manager for Shipping Intelligence & Support Automation, you own the strategic direction and roadmap for how Sendcloud uses data and automation to improve the post-purchase experience. - Own the balance between short-term wins and long-term innovation, keeping Sendcloud ahead of the market on delivery predictability and proactive support. - Act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Support, translating merchant pain into scalable, intelligent features. - Serve as the go-to consultant for Commercial, Operations, and Legal teams on everything within your area of responsibility.
