Your role: - Lead end-to-end, cross-functional programs from concept through commercialization, ensuring successful delivery of innovative software products, systems, and solutions for the Radiology and Urology markets. - Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, marketing, service, clinical collaborators, and external partners to align priorities, manage risk, and deliver projects on time and within budget. - Provide leadership for large, multidisciplinary project teams, coaching Project Leaders and technical leads while driving collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. - Manage program financials, including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) alignment, while balancing scope, schedule, quality, and business objectives. - Contribute to the strategic growth of Philips Disease Management Solutions by implementing best practices, improving project execution, and helping bring next-generation healthcare technologies to market.
