Their MICA mindset (Mastery, Integrity, Caring, Agility) is the foundation of their success. functie Vereisten - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or similar - Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering within pharmaceutical or highly regulated environments - Strong knowledge of facilities and utilities systems (e.g. HVAC, clean utilities, black utilities) - Experience with GMP environments and validation processes - Proven experience managing CAPEX projects and multidisciplinary teams - Strong understanding of engineering documentation (URS, P&IDs, layouts, specifications) - Experience with project planning and cost control - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage Wat krijg je? - Pension entitlement (15.9% employer contribution, 7.5% employee contribution) - Collective WGA / WIA insurance - NBBU collective labour agreement through equal remuneration - 25 holidays days - 8% holiday allowance - 100% payment in case of illness in the first year - Travel allowance per kilometer or through public transport TAGCLOUD Patrick Ferns Geïnteresseerd?
