Logistics Foreman - Moerdijk - €16.29 per uur - Logistics - 40 hour Are you looking for a leader position within the Warehouse in Moerdijk region? As a Logistics Foreman, you are the daily point of contact on the work floor. You lead a team of logistics employees, monitor the progress of activities, and ensure that processes run safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. You have a sharp eye for quality and know how to motivate colleagues to bring out the best in themselves every day. As Foreman, you act as the eyes and ears of the Supervisors in the warehouse. You maintain close contact with office colleagues and work together with around eighty team members to keep the logistics process running smoothly and efficiently. Job Requirements - Lead, guide, and motivate logistics employees - Coordinate daily activities on the warehouse floor - Monitor planning, quality, and safety - Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements - Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment - Report relevant issues to the supervisor or operations manager Your main responsibilities/tasks Foreman Inbound - Work preparation for unloading teams - Preparing pallet factors - Supervising inspectors and forklift drivers in the warehouse - Checking incoming goods - Processing identified discrepancies and damages in inventory - Preparing shift reports • Reporting to the Supervisor Foreman Outbound - Administrative processing of orders in the computer system - Receiving drivers and directing them to the correct loads - Supervising and checking counters and forklift drivers in the warehouse - Checking outgoing orders - Processing identified discrepancies and damages in inventory - Preparing shift reports • Reporting to the Supervisor Employment conditions A responsible position within a growing and dynamic organisation: - Starting salary of €16,29 gross per hour - 35% shift allowance between 18:00 and 06:00 - Opportunities to gro...
