Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Supporting technology development in the field of ion-trap quantum processors * Planning and executing experimental splits on productive fabrication tools * Creating and optimizing work plans * Standardizing process blocks to ensure reproducible and scalable manufacturing processes * Conducting inline measurements and process control to ensure the quality of ongoing processes * Evaluating and interpreting process data to continuously improve manufacturing quality Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Master's degree in physics, chemistry, process engineering, or a comparable technical field * Experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in line support/process development * Proficiency in using experiment management systems (EXMS) * Experience in creating semiconductor process flows * Proficiency in using process databases and data-driven process optimization * Very good written and spoken English; Knowledge of German is a plus We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
