HRC1711460 Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Provide new single process solutions to our technology projects * Establish first-of-a-kind recipes and setups on our equipment to support the needs of future Infineon products * Collaborate closely with other departments to establish characterization methods for newly developed single processes * Screen the tool supplier market and initiate as well as execute demos and evaluations for innovative equipment * Guide new characterization methods from first tests until successful implementation into volume production Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A Master's or PhD degree in Physics or a comparable scientific field * More than three years of experience in the characterization of semiconductor materials * A strong focus and deep expertise in XRD or C/V measurement techniques * A proven team player with an open-minded and proactive communication style * A structured and precise work style, characterized by a high level of accuracy and organization * Fluency in English is required; German language skills are considered an advantage We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
