1 Manager Strategic Capacity Planning In your role as Strategic Capacity & Business Planning Manager, you will drive long-term capacity planning and strategic decision-making across a global manufacturing network. You will develop business cases, lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, and facilitate executive-level discussions to ensure operational capabilities are aligned with mid- and long-term market demand forecasts. Your Responsibilities * Drive strategic discussion with stakeholders - Develop/moderate valid & robust strategic programs (capacity directions) across multiple sites and wide range of applications/technologies * Develop structured decision-making process, facilitate strategic decisions via a structured approach * Provide input & support for strategic priority setting, e.g., scenario analysis, presentation * Elaborate strategic presentations, papers & documentation, support various stakeholder communication * Provide qualitative as well as quantitative input from a strategic S&OP development based on the new target operating model * Troubleshooting complex production issues to relieve bottlenecks that impacts plant capacities * Promote new organizational model across plant network from a strategic perspective - facilitate support/solutions where needed * Collaborate with different BU level functions and Plants to achieve common organisational goals and strategies * Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, synthesizing complex strategic, operational, and financial topics into clear recommendations and decision proposals for senior management * Develop concise management communication materials including investment proposals, scenario analyses, and executive briefings Your Profile * University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Informatics, or a related field * Several years of experience in an international industrial environment, ideally within microelectronics, electronics manufacturing, or related high-tech industries * Experience with PCB industry is an advantage * Management Experience in an international & industrial (Micro-/Electronics) environment * Proven track record in strategy development, strategic planning, business case creation, and facilitating cross-functional alignment processes * Strong understanding of global manufacturing environments, capacity planning, and investment decision-making * Proven ability to create compelling executive presentations and management reports, translating complex data into concise, actionable insights * Excellent storytelling, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with experience presenting to senior executives * Strong business acumen with the ability to structure recommendations around strategic impact, financial value creation, risks, and implementation considerations * Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders in a performance-driven environment * Solid knowledge of strategic frameworks, analytical methodologies, scenario planning, and business modelling * Strong digital mindset with an interest in industry trends, digitalization, and emerging technologies * Excellent communication skills in English, German language kowledge is an advantage Our Offer * A meaningful role with opportunities for long-term growth in an international environment * Chance to actively contribute to AT&S' success and to create value * A structured and tailor-made onboarding program along with continual training opportunities * Modern company canteen with freshly prepared meals every day * Free parking spaces and e-charging stations * Diverse health measures and a wide range of employee benefits Ready for a new challenge to advance your career?
