Job summary The job role of a Sous Chef at Aria Healthcare's Scoonie House in Leven, Fife involves creating fresh, nutritious meals for the residents using the best available ingredients. Main duties of the job As a Sous Chef at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking fresh, nutritious meals for the residents of Scoonie House, a 36-bedded residential home. You will work closely with the Head Chef, leading by example and demonstrating your culinary skills and creativity. The role consists of straight shifts, with no evening work, and includes a fully supported induction to showcase the technical skills required in the healthcare industry. You will also have the opportunity to mentor the team and progress within the Chef academy.

We are looking for a passionate Chef that will support the Head Chef, lead by example and have the creative flair to showcase high level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings! There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.

Qualifications Essential
