Main duties of the job As a Senior Care Assistant at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, and supporting the overall well-being of the individuals in your care. You will be expected to work 48 hours per week, including every other weekend. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior care position, as well as an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. The successful candidate will also have experience in administering medication and demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Qualifications Essential
The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Senior Care position, as well as an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Candidates must also have experience in administering medication.
