About this role
In order to work in Ireland a non-EEA National, unless they are exempted, must hold a valid employment permit. A minimum of level 5 Qualification in Healthcare, Childcare or any relevant course. 39hours/week Provide support to service user in a placement/residential setting. Liaise with other multidisciplinary team. Support Service user with meaningful and relevant daily activities. Planning, implementation and evaluation of service user care plan. Required to send daily report to the team leader.
