We're looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead growth across a portfolio of Canadian school districts. This is a senior, high-impact role where you'll work closely with district leaders, educators and internal teams to bring EP's platform to life in schools. You'll own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build meaningful long-term relationships and play a key role in shaping how we grow in the Canadian market. You'll also act as a trusted voice between the market and our internal teams - sharing insights, influencing strategy and helping us continuously improve how we support schools.

What you will do

Own and drive revenue growth across a portfolio of districts, converting new schools into active EP partnersLead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging district leadership, procurement teams and educatorsNavigate public sector procurement processes, including RFPs, tenders and vendor evaluationsDeliver compelling product demonstrations and facilitate workshops that clearly articulate EP's valueBuild strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a strategic partner to your accountsDevelop tailored, ROI-driven business cases aligned to district goals, priorities and funding constraintsDesign and run pilot programmes that demonstrate impact and convert into long-term partnershipsStructure and negotiate commercial agreements, including pilots, multi-year contracts and district-wide rolloutsMaintain a high-quality sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and clear visibility for leadershipPartner closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and strong ongoing engagementAct as an escalation point for key accounts where needed, supporting long-term success and retentionShare insights on market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to inform strategy and product directionCollaborate with Product and Content teams to continuously improve our offeringMentor and support other Account Executives, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing teamAct as a key liaison between the regional sales team and senior leadership, sharing updates and insightsAbout you

A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment (education experience highly regarded)Experience leading complex, enterprise-level sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersConfidence working within public sector procurement processes (e.g. RFPs, tenders)Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makersStrong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience running demos or workshopsCommercial acumen, with the ability to build business cases and navigate negotiationsA good understanding of the education sector and the challenges schools and districts faceA strategic mindset, with the ability to think long-term while delivering on short-term targetsExperience using CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasting and reportingA collaborative approach, with a willingness to share knowledge and support othersStrong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively across teams and levels of the businessEquitable opportunities, growth, and development lie at the heart of how we work at EP.
