Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Strategy & Implementation Lead to drive the design, delivery, and adoption of our Customer Data Platform to start ASAP for a duration of six months initially. Ideally based in a commutable distance to Manchester for occasional office trips.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Salesforce specialists to define best case marketing use cases and requirements on dataOwn the delivery plan for a detailed definition of a Salesforce Data360 implementation, leading workshops with clients to define requirements, priorities and data needsOwn dependency management across programmes and technical initiatives to ensure aligned deliverySupport the internal team in analysing existing data quality and identify gaps that prevent key marketing use cases to be deliveredSupport CDP vendor selection (currently expected to be Data360) through requirements definition and scoring frameworksSupport definition of the CDP data maturity roadmap, from initial datasets through to a full Customer 360 viewSupport in establishing integration approaches to enable seamless audience activation across channelsDevelop and manage a phased rollout plan with clear country-level milestonesLead business change planning, including training and enablement across marketsRequirements:
Proven experience delivering Salesforce enabled marketing programmes or customer data transformation programmesStrong understanding of customer data architecture for marketing enablement and data governanceSalesforce ExpertAbility to translate business needs into technical requirementsStrong stakeholder management across business and technology teamsExperience in multi-market rollout and change management
