About the OpportunityDentons Business Services EMEA is currently seeking an Intern to join our Talent Team. This is a great opportunity for a positive, proactive individual with a can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn. As an intern, you’ll gain first-hand insight into how the Learning & Development team operates within a global law firm environment.

You will support the execution of our flagship development programs, contributing directly to the growth and engagement of our people.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the coordination and delivery of L&D programs (logistics, scheduling, materials)Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning eventsManage participant communications and track attendance and feedbackMaintain learning systems and databases (LMS updates, reporting)Collaborate with internal stakeholders across HR and business teamsContribute to continuous improvement of learning initiativesRequirements

University student, ideally with a focus on management, HR, business ideallyFluent in English, both written and spokenAn excellent communicator, both verbally and in writingProficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and WordDetail-oriented with strong organizational, data, and reporting skillsA critical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Able to work independently and take initiativeA team player with a collaborative approachAvailability minimum 32 hours per weekBenefits
