Dentons Europe is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to take ownership of projects and ensure their successful delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage challenges effectively, and has a proven track record of keeping projects on track. This is not an entry-level or PMO reporting role—it’s for someone who understands the common pitfalls in project management and knows how to prevent them

Responsibilities

End-to-end delivery of mid-size IT projects across multiple European offices.Full responsibility for:Scope controlTimelinesRisks and dependenciesDelivery communicationDaily coordination between IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.Active management of blockers, delays, and conflicting priorities.Escalation of risks early and with facts.Vendor coordination and delivery control.Status reporting focused on reality, not optics.Requirements

2 years of IT project delivery experience.You have personally:Delivered under time pressure.Managed external vendors.Dealt with scope change and conflict.Lived through at least one project that went wrong.Strong practical understanding of project delivery (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).English B2+ minimum, able to operate in international delivery calls.High personal ownership, resilience, and follow-through.Comfortable with uncomfortable conversations.Strong organizational discipline and execution mindset.Benefits
