About the RoleThe company is looking for a strategic Events Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-impact in-person and digital events. This role is central to driving brand awareness, generating pipeline and cultivating an engaged community of customers, prospects and industry advocates.

From customer roundtables to conferences and community meetups, the candidate will design end-to-end experiences that create lasting impressions and deliver measurable commercial outcomes. They will approach every event as a full campaign: partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership on pre-event targeting, tailored content and post-event follow-ups that move prospects through the funnel and strengthen the company's brand presence and recall.

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver a calendar of high-impact digital and in-person events, including industry conferences, company-branded flagship events, regional meetups and customer engagementsLead end-to-end event campaigns: collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership to define target audiences, outreach strategies, and engagement goals for each eventBuild a clear framework for event ROI, reporting on key metrics (attendance, engagement, pipeline impact, conversion, community growth) and continuously optimising for performancePartner with subject matter experts and customer advocates to shape compelling programming and ensure high-value attendee participationBuild and nurture an active community of customers, prospects, and industry influencers—through event-led networking and customer advocacy initiatives that keep the company top of mind between eventsOwn pre-and post-event communications, ensuring seamless handoff and thoughtful follow-up to maximise conversion and relationship-buildingIdentify and empower customer champions to share their stories through speaking opportunities, testimonials, and peer-to-peer referralsDesign repeatable playbooks and scalable infrastructure to support the company's growing event presenceManage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics across multiple cities and time zones

Key RelationshipsDemand Gen & Content—event promotion, registration campaigns, content production for event collateral, and post-event nurture sequencesUS Sales (AEs, BDRs)—pre-event targeting, post-event follow-ups, deal support at executive events, and feedback on event quality and pipeline impactCustomer Success—identifying customer champions, sourcing speakers and panellists, coordinating customer-facing events, and post-event handoff for relationship continuitySenior Leadership—executive participation in flagship events, strategic alignment on event themes, and visibility into community growth and brand impact

Qualifications5+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, ideally within SaaS, legal tech, or professional servicesProven ability to engage C-level audiences and work closely with executive stakeholders across the US marketExperience delivering a range of events—from intimate roundtables and community meetups to full-scale conferencesA campaign mindset: understanding how to align events with broader marketing, community engagement, and revenue objectivesStrong communicator and collaborator who thrives cross-functionally and manages multiple stakeholders and timelines with easeAnalytical and data-driven, with experience tracking and reporting on pipeline contribution and event ROIProficiency with event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and community or engagement tools (e.g., Slack, LinkedIn, Common Room)Resourceful, creative, and excited to shape a world-class event engine at a high-growth companyWillingness to travel domestically to support events across key US markets
