Position Type: Temporary ~7 months
Salary: $115k-$135k annually (depending upon experience)
Work Location: This is a remote position (see onsite requirements below).
**On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD for candidates that are local to the area. Candidates out of state will be onboarded virtually. Training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible, however for local candidates, training/tasking may require on-site work a few hours per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.
Essential Functions:
Develop and manage MBSE products and initiatives that support modeling NAVAIR Logistic data and systems as they mature a digital twin of naval aviation.Collaborate with other engineering teams in planning, design, and development of systems to ensure software and hardware performance and compatibility.Maintain system model in Cameo model-based systems engineering tool.Participate in design working group and technical interchange meetings.Other duties as assigned or required.Requirements
Required:
1-3 years experience with systems engineering and the utilization of model-based systems and digital engineering processes, principles, techniques, and procedures.Understanding of model-based systems engineering tools such as Cameo, Magic Draw, Rhapsody, and/or other SysML modeling tools.Desired:

Education:
BS degree in Engineering, Math or relevant technical field is required.
Security Clearance:
Active Secret clearance required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
