About this role
The Technical Lead (EBS/Oracle) is responsible for leading the design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions across Oracle technologies, including OCI, Oracle Fusion Cloud, E-Business Suite, OIC, and Autonomous Databases.
This role bridges architecture and hands-on engineering, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards. The Technical Lead will guide engineering teams, collaborate with architects, and drive best practices in Oracle solution delivery and automation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Delivery
Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation across Oracle Cloud and on-premise systemsDevelop, configure, and integrate applications using OIC, SOA Suite, APIs, and web servicesDesign and implement data flows and replication using Oracle GoldenGate and related toolsEnsure alignment of solution design with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirementsSupport migration and modernization of legacy Oracle systems to OCI and Fusion Cloud platformsOversee code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization for Oracle applications and integrationsTechnical Leadership & Mentorship
Lead a team of Oracle developers, DBAs, and integration engineers across multiple projectsProvide technical direction, troubleshooting expertise, and mentoring to project teamsPartner with architects and product owners to translate business requirements into detailed technical designsEstablish and enforce engineering best practices, standards, and reusable patterns for Oracle developmentOperations & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with DevOps and CloudOps to automate build, deploy, and monitoring processes for Oracle solutionsEnsure proactive performance monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery for critical Oracle workloadsContribute to innovation and continuous improvement by evaluating new Oracle tools, frameworks, and featuresSupport root cause analysis and remediation of critical production issues
Requirements
Must-have Skills / Qualifications:
6-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle enterprise technologies, with 5+ years in a technical leadership capacityExperience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud (OCI or Fusion)Strong experience in designing, governing, and implementing solutionsProven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) setup, tenancy design, and resource managementDeep working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM) and Oracle E-BusinessSuite (R12+) integration and customizationStrong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle ServiceCloud, and REST/SOAP API developmentHands-on experience with Oracle Autonomous Database (ATP/ADW) and Oracle Database 19c+Solid understanding of Oracle GoldenGate for data integration, replication, and real- time data movementFamiliarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform & scripting (Python/Shell/PL-SQL)Strong foundation in performance tuning, security, and application lifecycle management for Oracle workloads
