To accelerate their growth in Southeast Europe, they are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Key Account Manager for Bulgaria who is ready to take ownership of the market and actively shape their success story.
As their Key Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind their expansion in Bulgaria. You will build strong partnerships, unlock new opportunities, and position their premium brand as a market leader.
Key tasks:
Full ownership and strategic development of the Bulgarian marketManagement and expansion of key accounts (specialist pet retailers, chains, veterinarians, distributors)Identification and acquisition of new business partnersDevelopment and execution of sales and marketing strategies tailored to the local marketPlanning and implementation of customer visits, trade fairs, sales events and promotionsConducting product presentations, training sessions and on-site demonstrationsContinuous market and competitor analysisClose collaboration with our international headquarters and internal sales teamRequirements
You are entrepreneurial, proactive, and passionate about sales. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoy building long-term partnershipsProven experience in sales or key account management, ideally in pet food, FMCG, or related industriesBased in Sofia or within Bulgaria, with a valid driver’s licenseStrong negotiation skills and a confident, persuasive presenceHigh level of customer orientation and relationship-building abilityStructured, independent working style with willingness to travelResilient and solution-oriented, even in challenging situationsGenuine passion for pets and their well-beingBenefits
