About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience in property management accounting and hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks and Rent Manager.

Key Responsibilities Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for property portfolios. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Process tenant billing, rent postings, and payments using Rent Manager. Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular data entry. Prepare financial reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and rent roll. Assist with month-end and year-end closing.Requirements

Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably in property management. Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop). Experience using Rent Manager software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to work independentlyBenefits
