About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-impact Video Editor to join our Creative team and support a rapidly scaling video ecosystem across our paid marketing and e-commerce channels. This is a full-time, embedded role for an editor who is confident owning day-to-day execution, bringing sharp editorial judgment, and proactively improving how work gets done. You’ll collaborate closely with senior video leadership, but you’ll be trusted to manage your scope independently, flag gaps, and help us scale output without sacrificing quality. While this role is not responsible for setting overall creative direction, it does require strong instincts, taste, and the ability to improve systems—not just deliver files.
What You’ll Do:
Own Business-As-Usual Video Editing
You will be a primary owner of day-to-day video production, including:
Paid ad edits across evergreen, launch, and promo cyclesCreator / UGC adaptations and performance iterationsVersioning, resizing, and exporting across formats and marketsSelect merchandising assets for our site and wholesale partnersSocial and other internal video requestsCollaborate & Elevate
Partner closely with the Lead Video Editor to align on standards, tone, and prioritiesReceive direction on new or higher-stakes formats, then independently execute once alignedActively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, templates, and handoffsSurface recurring issues, inefficiencies, or gaps that slow output or create reworkContribute to documentation, best practices, and repeatable processesBring a Scaling Mindset
This role is expected to think beyond individual edits:
Flag process or tooling improvements that increase speed and consistencyHelp evolve how we manage versioning, exports, and review cyclesIdentify patterns in feedback and proactively adjust approachSupport the team in handling higher volume without quality degradationYou are not just executing tasks—you are helping the system work better.Scope & Decision-Making
You will independently own small-to-medium complexity edits.Larger, experimental, or first-time formats will be: ○ Set by senior video leadership, or
○ Clearly templated before handoff
As trust and context deepen, ownership and autonomy has the opportunity to expand. Creative direction and final sign-off sit with senior video leadership, but this role is expected to exercise judgment and initiative within defined frameworks.
Requirements

Experience
3–5 years of professional video editing experienceExperience supporting:○ Paid social or performance marketing creative○ Creator / UGC or influencer content○ Brand or e-commerce video assetsExperience working within established brand systems while improving executionSkills
Strong editorial instincts and attention to detailComfortable operating at volume in fast-moving environmentsOrganized, proactive, and systems-mindedAble to take feedback, synthesize patterns, and apply learning forwardClear communicator in async, distributed teamsTools
Adobe Premiere Pro (required)After Effects (working familiarity preferred)Frame.io or similar review toolsComfort working within shared asset and file-management systemsBonus for experience in basic sound mixing, color grading, and motion graphics
