Are you an experienced payroll and HR administration professional who enjoys ownership, accuracy, and variety? We are looking for an HR Payroll & Administration Specialist to take the lead on payroll and HR administration across 4 Belgian entities. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys combining operational excellence with legal accuracy, while working in a fast-moving, multicultural, and collaborative business environment. Main Responsibilities and Shared Tasks Payroll Management: Managing the full payroll cycle in coordination with 3 social secretariats (collecting, encoding, and checking inputs; loading annual holiday calendars; reviewing simulations, payslips, and offboarding calculations). Administration & Contracts: Drafting and managing employment offers, contracts, and addendums in compliance with Belgian labour law and CP200 requirements; supporting onboarding/offboarding processes. Temporary Staff Coordination: Collaborating directly with the interim agency regarding temporary staff weekly schedules and invoices. Labour Law & Compliance: Monitoring Belgian social legislation, reviewing and updating work regulations, supporting the development of HR policies, and providing practical compliance guidance. Social Elections: Supporting the HR Director with the structured preparation, administrative follow-up, milestone planning, and legal compliance of social elections. Collaboration & Improvement: Working closely daily with the HR Assistant and HR Director; acting as a trusted link between teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR operations. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR combined with 4 to 6 years of experience in Belgian payroll and HR administration. Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of Belgian labour law, ideally within CP200. Proven experience working in a multi-entity and/or multi-provider environment. Languages: Fluency in English, Dutch, and French is required. Soft Skills: Structured, reliable, hands-on, with a strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and strong relationship-management skills. Eligibility: Eligible to work in the EU.
