Responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure efficient project delivery and team alignment. Identify and remove organizational and technical impediments to maintain team velocity and focus. Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed development teams to ensure timely delivery. Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain transparency. Implement structured reporting and follow-up practices within the software development lifecycle. Requirements You possess 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams following Agile principles. You bring 5+ years of experience working with Jira and Confluence . You have 2+ years of experience specifically within Sitecore CMS development environments. You have 2+ years of experience working in the railway transport or logistics domain. You've held a dedicated Scrum Master role without secondary responsibilities for at least the last 2 years. You're experienced in mentoring and coaching team members within large organizations of over 200 people. You have experience coordinating activities with geographically distributed or offshore development teams. You are fluent in English , Dutch , and French at a C1 level. Nice to Haves Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements through structured reporting. Experience managing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
