We're Hiring: UX/UI Designer (AI & Conversational Experiences) Are you passionate about creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences? Do you enjoy transforming complex user needs into seamless journeys and elegant interfaces? We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to help shape the future of AI-powered and conversational digital products. Hybrid or remote options can be considered. What you'll do Conduct user research, usability testing, and user experience assessments Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces Build, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems Ensure products meet accessibility standards and inclusive design principles (WCAG) Collaborate closely with developers, content designers, product owners, and AI specialists Use testing, analytics, and user feedback to continuously improve the experience What we're looking for Strong expertise in UX Design and UI Design Experience applying Design Thinking methodologies Solid understanding of Accessibility and inclusive design practices Proficiency in Wireframing and Prototyping Experience conducting and interpreting User Research Strong skills in Figma (or similar design tools) A collaborative mindset with a passion for creating user-centered experiences Knowledge of French or Dutch, and English Why join us?
