Jobomschrijving As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities are: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Identify and source top talent through various recruitment methods. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job briefing to offer negotiation. Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and hiring strategies. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability. Ensure a high standard of service delivery to both clients and candidates. A successful Recruitment Consultant should have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. An ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Fluency in English and French OR Dutch. Passion for sales, recruitment, and business development A proactive mindset.
