Omschrijving Develop and execute strategic sales plans across international markets Identify and acquire new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners Manage and further develop existing key accounts Conduct commercial negotiations and close business agreements Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities Advise customers on products and tailored solutions Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets Represent the company at international trade fairs and networking events Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management Fluent in English and at least one additional European language (Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, French, or similar) Proven experience managing the full sales cycle Strong communication and negotiation skills Results-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset Excellent organisational and analytical abilities Customer-focused and relationship-driven Comfortable working in an international environment
