As a Team Leader – Production, you play a key role in our manufacturing operations. You are responsible for coordinating the daily production activities while leading and supporting your team. By combining a people-oriented leadership style with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, you help achieve production targets and maintain the highest quality standards. Your Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate operators on the production line. Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment. Monitor and continuously improve quality, safety, and workplace organisation. Oversee the daily production schedule and ensure the production line operates efficiently. Manage stock levels and ensure the correct use of materials. Work with production software and ERP systems, including Iris and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Perform basic administrative tasks and prepare production reports. Communicate effectively in either Dutch or English with colleagues and stakeholders. Are You the Team Leader We're Looking For? You have strong leadership and coaching skills and know how to inspire a team. You communicate confidently, clearly, and with a positive attitude. You are comfortable working with computer systems and quickly adapt to new software. You work accurately and have a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. You are fluent in Dutch and/or English. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
