Production Team Leader – 3 Shifts FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Lead and supervise a team of production operators. Organize and monitor daily production activities. Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures. Support and motivate employees on the production floor. Resolve operational issues and coordinate solutions. Train and coach new employees. Report production results and issues to management. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure smooth shift handovers between teams. PROFIEL Experience as a Team Leader, Shift Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Operator in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Quality and safety minded. Willing to work in a 3-shift system.
