What you'll do
HR Responsibilities
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation collection, background checks, role profiles, labour contracts, and termination orders, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations
Help manage employment and change letters, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with employee queries
Assist in administering employee benefits programmes and coordinating with external partners
Contribute to HR reporting, data analytics, and dashboard preparation
Support performance review processes, including setup, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion
Office Administration
Help keep day-to-day office operations running efficiently and organised
Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and receiving deliveries
Coordinate business travel, accommodation, and transfers
Assist with planning and organising team events
What you need to haveCurrently enrolled in a degree programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Some prior experience in HR administration (internship or working student role counts)
A basic understanding of labour law and HR best practices
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
Self-motivated and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team
