Jobomschrijving Develop and execute the company's IT and Digital Transformation strategy. Lead enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery programs. Oversee manufacturing IT and operational technology (OT) environments to ensure stability, security, and business continuity. Drive ERP, MES, and business systems optimization and integration. Identify and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation initiatives. Manage IT governance, vendor relationships, technology investments, and operational budgets. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including extensive experience in senior management roles. Strong background supporting manufacturing operations within a complex business environment. Proven expertise in infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and enterprise applications. Experience with ERP and manufacturing systems is highly desirable. Exposure to AI, data analytics, cloud technologies, and modern operational technologies would be an advantage.
