Our client is a fast-growing industrial engineering and construction company delivering large-scale projects across highly regulated and technical industries in Belgium and Europe. Jobomschrijving Lead the preparation, coordination and submission of technical and commercial tenders for industrial EPC projects. Define bid strategies and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, planning and legal. Oversee cost estimation, technical documentation and ensure all tenders are delivered on time and to a high standard. Manage, coach and develop a team of Tender Engineers while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Drive the digitalization and optimization of tendering processes to support the company's growth ambitions. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or related Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in Tender Management within an EPC or industrial construction environment. Strong technical knowledge of industrial piping, mechanical systems or similar process installations. Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Fluent in French and English, with strong organizational, communication and strategic thinking skills.
