About this role
In this role you will be required to oversee all aspects of the resident’s dining room ensuring upmost hygiene when serving food, ensuring tables are cleared and re-set for meals. You will also be responsible for overall cleaning and maintenance of the dining area. You will follow the HACCP plan in place and maintain clear records. You will also ensure that the dining room is a pleasant and safe environment for all who use the facility.. CE Scheme Skills
