Job Summary
The Risk & Control Analyst will support GTO IT operational governance, audit coordination, and risk & control activities. The role involves tracking compliance metrics, supporting SOX control testing, monitoring remediation of vulnerabilities and audit findings, reviewing policy exceptions, and collaborating with Business, Technology, and Information Security teams to strengthen the control environment.
Key Responsibilities Support GTO IT operational governance activitiesCoordinate internal and external security auditsTrack compliance metrics through the Risk and Controls Security Assessment processSupport SOX control testingMonitor remediation of vulnerabilities, audit findings, and control gapsReview policy exceptions with Business, Technology, and InfoSec teamsRecommend control improvements and risk mitigation actionsFacilitate meetings and track action itemsPrepare governance reports and stakeholder updatesWork in rotational shifts covering India and UK hours, as neededQualifications B.Tech / BCA / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent3-7 years of relevant experience in IT risk, controls, audit, governance, or operationsPreferably from BFSI or other regulated environmentsKnowledge of SOX testing, IT controls, and compliance processesStrong communication, coordination, and project management skillsProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; macro/automation skills are a plusCOBIT / ISO 27001 or equivalent certifications preferred but not mandatoryWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
