Experienced Service Engineer specializing in IBMS and Security Systems, responsible for end-to-end service delivery including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and project execution. Expertise in managing BMS, Power SCADA, PLC, Niagara platforms, and integrated security systems to ensure system reliability and uptime. Adept at handling customer complaints within SLA, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through AMC and retrofit opportunities. Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, optimize service operations, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities Technical ExpertiseHands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining:Building Management Systems (BMS)Power SCADAPLC & Niagara platformsIntegrated Building Management Systems (IBMS)Security systems including Access Control (ACS), CCTV, Fire Alarm System (FAS), Public Address (PA), VESDA, and Water Leak Detection (WLD)Preference for candidates with experience in Data Center (DC) projects / service deliveryComplaint & Incident ManagementManage and resolve customer complaints within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Perform troubleshooting for IBMS, BMS, and security systemsEnsure timely coordination and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholdersMaintain accurate records, logs, and service reportsPreventive Maintenance PlanningPlan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedulesCoordinate closely with customers to minimize system downtime and breakdownsEnsure adherence to maintenance standards and documentationCustomer Relationship ManagementEngage with customers regularly to understand operational needsAddress issues proactively within SLA timelinesAct as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionProject Execution & Commercial ControlMonitor and coordinate with clients and vendors for smooth execution of service projectsEnsure timely delivery while maintaining quality and complianceMaintain project documentation for revenue tracking and billingManage cash flow and receivables, ensuring healthy DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)Business Development SupportIdentify opportunities for:Third-party AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) salesRetrofit and upgrade projectsProvide technical support for lead generation and pre-sales activities Preferred Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective stakeholder management and communicationCustomer-centric approach with commercial awarenessAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities
