As a Senior Product Associate in Identity, you play a critical role in developing and delivering identity solutions, including identity verification, identity lifecycle management, and digital identity externalization. You work cross-functionally with technology, design, and business partners to launch products that strengthen trust and improve customer experiences.
Job responsibilities
Assist in developing and delivering identity product features by gathering requirements and writing user storiesSupport backlog management by organizing, refining, and prioritizing work with the teamCoordinate with engineering, design, and business partners to implement features and resolve issuesTrack delivery progress, surface risks, and escalate blockers to maintain momentumConduct market, user, and competitor research to inform product decisionsAnalyze data, feedback, and outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and guide iterationPrepare product documentation and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and team membersStay current on digital identity trends, standards, and best practices, and seek feedback to grow product skills Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related technology rolesExperience working in cross-functional teams with technology and business partnersFoundational knowledge of identity, data, security, or digital productsDemonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills in a delivery environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Familiarity with technology products or financial servicesExposure to digital identity standards and best practicesExperience creating clear product documentation for cross-functional audiencesExperience using data and user feedback to guide product improvements Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
