Job Description Summary The Test Engineer will be a member of the CDT (Component & Development Test) organization of GE Vernova's Gas Power business, supporting testing of new technology and existing fleet technology at permanent lab (fixed) facilities as well as field sites. As the Test Engineer, you will have the opportunity to have multiple projects along diverse Test Engineering disciplines, each supporting different aspects of the testing process. The Test Engineer is responsible for the collection of quality test data starting at the selection and application of instrumentation to the recording and storage of the test data. This includes setup and operation of Data Acquisition software/hardware and managing the teams of support staff that ensure quality data collection.
